The safe working load limit (WLL) on our spring loaded shoring bars is 460kg spread equally across bar. You’ll need to have a rough idea of how much your cargo weighs and use a suitable type and number of bars to secure it. One of the most important things to consider is the weight of the load you’re using a spring loaded shoring bar. Failure to do so could result in damage or danger to persons or property. It is vital to make sure that any shoring poles/bars you’re using are secure before you set off. You should use shoring poles when transporting loads in vehicles fitted with internal 25mm hole tracks when there is a risk of movement or falling.
